HushMat is a self-adhesive, butyl rubber, foil backed damping material. HushMat reduces noise and heat from the engine and transmission tunnel, exhaust and stops rattles and vibrations all with one material! The Hushmat Ultra Door Kit includes 10 silver foil sheets that are 12 x 12 that treat sound and heat insulation. If you are installing vinyl or door trim, the first place to start is to apply the HushMat Door Kit to the inside of the outer door skin to reduce vibrations and thermal transfer. HushMat bonds to all automotive surfaces and adhesion is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle!
